Ideas we shipped.

These are products we built from scratch — problems we cared enough about to solve, then turn into live products with real users.

"Every great prompt I wrote disappeared into a chat window I'd never find again."

It started with a simple frustration. The more we used AI tools — for writing, for building, for thinking — the more we realised that the real intellectual work wasn't happening in the models. It was happening in the prompts. The carefully engineered instructions, the context-setting paragraphs, the chain-of-thought nudges that turned a mediocre output into something genuinely useful.

And all of it was disappearing. Into chat histories. Into forgotten browser tabs. Into the mental overhead of trying to remember what had worked last time.

Promptape was built to stop that. A workspace where prompts are first-class citizens — versioned, searchable, shareable, and reusable. Where teams can build a library of what works and stop starting from scratch every time.

The name came naturally. A prompt tape — like a cassette you record your best thinking onto and play back whenever you need it. We took the idea from annoyance to a live product, and the early users told us what we already knew: the problem was real, and nobody had really solved it yet.

"Every year, thousands of immigrants study hard for CELPIP — but they're practising the wrong thing."

The CELPIP exam is a high-stakes test. It determines whether someone gets permanent residency, citizenship, or the professional licence they've worked years toward. The cost of failing isn't just a registration fee — it's months of waiting, reapplying, and hoping.

Most candidates prepare diligently. They improve their general English. They watch videos and read textbooks. Then they walk into the exam and encounter question formats they've never seen, time pressures they've never trained for, and scoring criteria nobody explained to them. They weren't underprepared — they were prepared for the wrong thing.

TestPaste was built to close that gap. It's an online learning platform purpose-built for CELPIP preparation — covering all four skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking — with practice questions in the actual exam format, full-length mock exams to train time management, and targeted learning content including CELPIP strategies, vocabulary, grammar tips, speaking examples, and writing guidance.

The platform is built around the reality of who CELPIP candidates actually are: immigrants juggling work and family, international students on tight timelines, professionals fitting in study sessions between shifts. Self-paced, accessible anytime, and priced to be within reach — not a luxury. The vision is simple: help every CELPIP candidate walk into their exam feeling genuinely prepared, not just hopeful.

The Problem
  • No realistic CELPIP-format practice
  • No feedback on weaknesses
  • Tutors and courses are expensive
  • Most candidates have limited study time
The Solution
  • Exam-format practice for all 4 skills
  • Full-length mock exams with scoring
  • Affordable, self-paced platform
  • Study anytime, on any device
